Helping Women Advance in the Workplace

Today is International Women’s Day — a day to recognize and celebrate the achievements of women around the world, but also a time to rally together and #PressForProgress so that all women can reach their highest potential. The day originated in 1911 with the Suffragette movement, and the World Economic Forum says gender parity is still two centuries away. We think 200 years is 200 years too long.

From the beginning, ManpowerGroup has been a pioneer in creating opportunities for women to engage and thrive in the workforce. We were built on strong values of inclusion and gender parity. Seventy years on, we continue to push for progress and put words into action to achieve conscious inclusion.
